Grand Coteau Bistro is the newest kid on the block in the restaurant formerly known as Catahoulas. The project, headed by award winning Chef Christopher Thames, a Chopped champion among other things, is a welcomed addition to the Grand Coteau Historical District.

The second in a pair of new establishments to open on the iconic drag (Chicory's being the first), Bistro's elegant and sophisticated menu is perfect for both causal brunch and formal dining. Visit them on Facebook or here to view their menu. Reservations aren't necessary but are encouraged.
