This borderline obsession, coupled with a knack for storytelling, gave birth to Eat This Lafayette.With a style all his own, Andre invites you into some of the best eateries around for a taste of what makes the Hub City the happiest place to live. Going deeper than giving you his opinion, Andre's favorite role is telling you the stories behind the food; be it the Chef's favorite music, the history of the restaurant or the origin of the dish. Just a regular guy with a big appetite (and a bigger appreciation of those who work in the kitchen), he prides himself on being Lafayette bred & fed and will let you know where you should "Eat This".

A proud alum of UL Lafayette, Amanda began her career in apparel design. Now she brings her discerning eye to Eat This as a food iPhoneographer. Food is art and it is Amanda's mission to leave your mouth watering. A talented wordsmith and content strategist, Amanda pulls double duty and functions as editor-in-chief. Bursting at the seams with ideas, her favorite role is participating in the creative direction of Eat This.
